I woke up at 11:30 again. So I don't get the shady edit again, I got back to sleep around 1. I slept until 4:30 maybe. I am in a pretty good mood today.

My stomach hurts so badly. Like actual pain. I took my AM meds and half a zofran. I'll try some tylenol next.

I hope the weird dreams were entertaining at least Dawn.

I woke up a lot last night. I know I had dreams but don’t recall them.

I slept pretty good last night. Especially in a hotel with 2 other people who can snore. I slept from 7:45-4:15 uninteruppted and besides a headache which is probably food related, I feel fine.

This is the second night in a row where I slept good. My pdoc said my sleep is related to my hematricrit levels, my doctor had said the same thing too, and since I just had a procedure on Wednesday it would make sense my sleep would be better now. I fell asleep from 7-4:15 and I was only up for about half an hour at 11:30.

My sleep might be improving a little bit lately. I'm tired but I've been able to fulfill some small goals this last week.

I’m worried financially and that was clear in my dream. I was living in an RV with about 20 kids. I went grocery shopping and could only afford 4 items, I remember the milk and chicken but not the other two items. Other than that my night was good.

Do you know when they'll have an estimate on your car? Waiting for such things is so hard; no wonder it's affecting your dreams.

No, it’s the weekend and everything is closed in this town. I do hope they call early money morning.

I really wasn't feeling good last night so I only took one 10mil melatonin. I fell asleep at 7 and I woke up at 11:30. I dozed off at 4 and in literally just 5 minutes had a nightmare about my biopsy. In the nightmare they had to give me a spinal tap with no numbing medicine before the thyroid biopsy. When I woke up literally only 5 minutes had passed. Physically I feel better then yesterday though. At least my stomach is mostly ok. Its slightly off.

More anxious 😬 dreams but pretty cool. First dream was part of a college group. We were voting on a leader, yellow was Republican, blue, democratic and green independents. Lots of tension. The football team was voting too. What turned us independent was that the Republicans were so obnoxious we didn’t want anything to do with them. It’s odd, it seemed like we were inside a huge building but there was grass and picnic tables. The second dream I was in someone’s house. She seemed to be an ex jock who was now a cop. She had like a million kids running in and out of her house. There were snakes too. I was preoccupied with a key holder that was also a cat harness. The harness was blue but I was changing it out for a clear one. Every once in a while a snake would come near me and she’d calmly tell me to keep calm and move slowly this way or that way. Absolutely so idea what this dream can even begin to mean!

I fell asleep at 7 I woke up at midnight. I got back to sleep right before 3 and slept until 6. I feel pretty rested especially with that 3 hour nap I took yesterday afternoon.

I haven't struggled at all with insomnia since going on Depakote a few months ago thankfully. Wishing everyone a good night tonight (although it's still morning for many).

It took me awhile to fall asleep. Then I was up for a few hours. Then I got another couple hours of sleep. So it wasn't the best night. I was just in a lot of stomach pain and I haven't eaten much in awhile but I can't feel hunger but I guess my body can still feel the physical effects of going without food.

I fell asleep fast around 7 but then I woke up at 11. I was frustrated with waking up at that time again and I was also hungry so I took a melatonin and ate a burrito at 1AM and got back to sleep right around 2 until 6 something. I'm pretty tired today.

I'm sorry I am not contributing very much. I keep saying the same thing. Never enough sleep. And when I can finally get some precious sleep, I wake up still experiencing weird dreams & feeling tired. I really love this thread! I want very much to be a part of it, such a really good place. Thank you, Christina, & all of you!

Have you ever tried prazosin for nightmares? I haven't because of an interaction but I've heard it can help.

I fell asleep at my normal time feeling kinda crappy both physically and mentally. I woke up at 11 and ate a bowl of Lucky Charms. I saw my test results were normal so I got back to sleep fairly quickly and I woke up around 3:30 just still feeling anxious and nauseated. I took a zofran and a valium but they don't seem to be doing much.

Dawn, I was on prazosin and it did help with nightmares. Then when I went off of it my dreams were great.

I woke up around 3-4 am but did get back to sleep though it doesn’t feel like I did. Had a really weird dream. I was in a huge were house and talking to a lady about toys I had found. I was explaining that this part went with that part, and those were piano wires with red foot stops. She got excited and said to let her call the gang. people started driving in, all of them had a yellow t- shirt that proclaimed them nerds. Sheldon was one of them. They put up the piano wires on a huge frame and each of them had a red foot stop to play. Then Sheldon started trying to play by himself and everyone had a good laugh. . There was an earlier dream to do with washers and dryer’s in a huge room but I don’t recall it to well.

I ate dinner at 5:30 instead of 3. I woke up at 11:30 and I ate a little bag of Doritos and drank a bottle of Snapple. And I got about 20 minutes of sleep around 2:30. But I am so frustratingly hungry. And I know its just in my head because I can't eat anything. Normally I'd be totally fine with a snack right before midnight. Its still a few hours before I can get up and still quite a few hours before the biopsy.

I fell asleep at 5:30 without eating dinner. I woke up at 9:40 not really hungry, but achy. I took some tylenol and got an ice pack and then I fell back asleep at 2 something and woke up at 6. So I slept in 2 shifts I guess.
