Q: Putting aside cost or justification for purchasing the item, what would be the best present or "toy" for yourself? Go wild -- a car, an electronic, a blender -- I don't care! haha

Sometimes we all need to spoil ourselves with some treats. In my case, it can be special collecting items - such as particular video games or even hockey cards. Unfortunately, I’m too poor to even dream about new car.Questions Bipolar Version #9 I have one old but I’ll sell it since I barely drive it anyways. But if you found that thing and it’s in your price range, go for it. Enjoy. We have one life anyways, so why not.Questions Bipolar Version #9

I wouldn't mention my worst ones. Sorry. They were real doozies! I will mention a sort of funny one from my early teenage years (I guess 13 years old). It was at my sister's wedding reception when I was dancing with my father's friend. As I was dancing, tissues slowly made their way up from my bra out the top of my dress (décolleté). My dad's friend saw it and looked at me mortified. I remember stuffing my bra at my sister's suggestion. My bridesmaid dress was too big "upstairs", so to speak. I was very trim as I was serious into ballet and surely still an A cup at the time. I sure remember it, but got over it by the next dance or so. He stopped dancing. I had also arrived late to the reception after suddenly getting very sick at the wedding photographer's studio (between Sis's wedding and reception). They had announced my name earlier, but I wasn't there. [Bueller? Bueller?] I think I had even vomited in a bathroom beforehand (from a sick stomach). Not sure what had caused that, but after vomiting I believe I instantly felt better. I used to have intermittent issues with my digestive system as a teen. Probably anxiety-related. I had already started having anxiety and mood issues back then. I've always seriously dreaded having to vomit. A bit of a mini phobia. Speaking of that, I've had a few vomiting embarrassments in the past. I got over them, quickly.

How often do you laugh?

Actually I laugh quite a bit. I’m always looking for something funny. I often lol when reading no matter where I am. At home alone, in a waiting room, on a bus, on a plane. I like laughing 😂 I’m very American that way.

Do you smile at strangers?

Yes, I do, and I enjoy smiling at strangers. It's something I really miss because we have to wear masks inside of every business. Not giving and receiving smiles is a tremendous loss.

Do you enjoy foreign films?

I love foreign films. I first saw them when I was in college, my off campus room was just blocks away from a great movie theater that showed only foreign movies. The tree of wooden clogs was one that I couldn’t forget. There were many but I don’t remember titles very well. Then when you could order DVDs by mail I saw so many more. Then they stopped that and now I live in a tiny town with no theater.

Have you ever been trapped by a sleeping cat in your lap?

Often. Abbycat likes to curl up on me/around my legs when I'm in bed or on my lap on the couch.

How many words do you think your pet knows?

I don't think he knows any words, but he can tell I'm talking to him with that "baby talk" tone of voice. If I say his name in my normal tone of voice, he doesn't look up.

Do you have pets? What kind? How many? Names?

Question: Have you got a favourite programme/film you love on Netflix/Amazon Prime or Disney+?

Don’t have any of those, so no no favorite show, though I’d like to see wheel of time.

I recently bought a box of fruit loops. Do you eat any childrens breakfast cereal? Do you eat it morning or night?

The closest I would eat is Cherrios and I've mostly eaten it for breakfast topped with fruit, but on rare occasions other times of day. I have zero desire to eat ultra sugary processed stuff. However, I do like some sweet breakfasts like breakfast cake, waffles, and the like.

What was your first pet and what did/does it look like?

My first was a mutt that looked and acted like a bearded sheepdog. She would round up all the neighborhood dogs and heard them along the road up and down the ditches. Was hugely entertaining to watch. I was about 8 when I brought the puppy home from a friends house. She was the most amazing dog.

Same question, what was your first pet, what did it look like?

When my mom was expecting my sister it was suggested that she get me a kitten to help me not be jealous of the baby. She took me to the pound and I refused all kittens or small cats; I picked the biggest cat they had an insisted on getting it. She was black and white and huge. She was as also very fertile. Mom would take iher to be spayed and she'd be pregnant--again. She even gave birth on my bed.

Have you ever had a litter of kittens to watch grow?

My anxiety is keeping me from meeting new people and performing well at my job

Question: Do you do anything craft-y (i.e. paint, crochet, cross stitch, etc)?

No, I'm very bad at craft stuff, so I find it frustrating rather than relaxing.

Have you ever been to a 12 step meeting?

Nothing major. I had to ask my husband. He reminded me how much I get bothered when people leave jars or boxes open. Sounds silly, but when I see it I must close them. Sometimes prematurely, which bugs him a lot. When I close jars, I often do so very tightly to the point that even he struggles to open them again. I can. I'm quite strong. I've no clue what caused this. I'd also be turning off lights more than him, but he demands I not. Still bugs me. In general, I love finishing tasks. Hubby's flavor of ADD makes him act the opposite. He's also slow moving, while I'm super fast. Slow people sometimes drive me nuts. I'd often literally drag or carry him, if I could get away with it.

What is a habit you're trying to break?
