More and more, I've heard about IFS. I am looking forward to you letting us know how you feel about it.

Pizza sounds so good right now. Enjoy!

Ugh. David and I raised the kids with only 1 vehicle in the family. I don't even know how we did it. I don't think I'd have the energy to manage that now. Having to pay on the truck while it's not running is a shyte position to be in. I feel so bad for you, especially because you're in the country.

I saw something about Stranger Things. I'll check into it. I need a new show.

Have a beautiful evening. How's your pain level been?

Growing up for a long while we had just one car but my father worked an hour away and it was impossible for my parents especially if myself or brother had a Doctor appt. I was forever sick with ear infections so we had a second car which no one had 2 around me back then.

I am really hyped with IFS it’s a different approach. I will let you know how it goes.

Glad my hug helps somehow

Dinner was great. My uncles girlfriend didn't come. We had a table way in the back next to the window so I didn't have much anxiety. The food was really good. I had a grilled steak salad with some kind of citrus dressing.

When mum first had my sister she was out in the country and didn’t know how to drive but they did have a bus that went into town and over to other nearby towns. There were trains too. But then everyone had two cars and they stopped public transportation. Now people have no choice but to have a car.

Gkitty I’ve been lucky with latuda it’s kept me very stable without the flatness of lamictal. I do understand what you mean by missing the ups but I’m happy not to have them now as they are terribly hard physically. Sure mood wise I’m spinning and happy but it’s too hard on me physically to be manic as I don’t sleep.
