Hello!
I had hoped that I would post here but lost the bookmark so here I have found you again. I hope my bookmark works. As I don't want to lose you again. I have had a pretty chill weekend. Work is slow and I am not seeing as many clients. which makes me worry. my income was down this year25% down which is significant. I have not been as productive as able. My yard cries out to be paid attention to as does my house need to be cleaned. I had 2 mimosas at brunch today and I am nursing a gin and tonic right now. My drinking has somehow gotten away with me. I know that I need to reign it in but just can't seem to do so. I lost 5 pounds said my scale. But that was before the weekend of eating and imbibing. m bipolar seems stable. Can't deal with the restless legs, take requip for them seems to help. I have been taking Remeron for sleep. I had a telehealth session she allowed doubling my Remeron my sleep has been a mess. I need my sleep. If i don't sleep I run the risk of getting hypomania..and that would be a bad thing. Great to be back. Hopefully the bookmark thing will work. bizi

Two nights ago I could not sleep because of restless legs, but for me this is rare. Can't even imagine how bad it would be to deal with them all the time.

Well the big news for today is that I started taking the weight loss meds
zepbound for folks who are not diabetic. I am eating smaller meals at sandras the cafe I there almost every day of the week. WE are having rain and there is talk of flash flooding. so I canceled all of my clients for today. As I don't think that we are having as much rain as predicted. so that is good. It is supposed to rain thru thursday night. I can still hear a rumbling of thunder storms, so the storm is rumbling away and the rain continues. I got up at 930. My back was sore from being on a too soft pillow top bed. Some times I sleep in the guest room because I can't get comfortable. hope you guys are well. Bizi

I just took my 2nd injection. I am drawing up a dose from a vial which makes it cheaper. I have lost maybe 3 pounds this week.
anxious to see the scale below 200. I am at 204 and have been morbidly obese for quite some time. It sounds so awful. I am willing to deal with some nausea to lose this weight. I was only able to eat one egg and one slice of bread and a small serving of sauteed spinach. I gave the other egg to hubby. This was at our diner that we go to every sunday. I was not hungry and did not dare to throw up by eating too much. For dinner tonight we went to whole foods and got food off there food bar. Jeff fixed himself a nice salad. And I had a cup of curried soup. It was delicious. I also bought some meatloaf. That looked good. and we split a package of califlower and we ha some left over cheese sauce that we put over it which was delicious. I only ate about 1/2 of the food as I was not hungry any more and was feeling really full. I ate the soup and a few bites of meatloaf and a bit of califlower . so I have some left overs to eat. Hubby is going on a 3 night trip to galveston TX. for some guy fun.They leave tomorrow and will be back thursday. I will try to stay busy, and out of trouble. I hope you are well. Bizi

I had never heard of zepbound until now. I'm on Wegovy injections once a week and lucky I don't have many side effects apart from a little dizziness if I stand up too quickly.
