They came in after a PE Lesson with no regard to my lesson. Just talking over me. Kept a bunch in at recess. I’ve made a seating plan today for that class so they should be okay. I got this. They’re normally okay but I don’t know what happened on Monday.

That sounds like a really stressful job, you’re doing great at managing it though! Im glad you have your benzo to help you with the anxiety and stress. Thats a lot to deal with. Anyone would feel overwhelmed by all that. Im sure you’re a great teacher!

I’m out of med options except gabapentin and Vraylar. Been manic a month. Risperdal worked but I got high prolactin which I knew was the case in my gut from my symptoms. Pnp is talking about referring me out for ECT.

I napped for about an hour this morning. I was still a bit tired and foggy for a bit but I'm ok now. My bIood sugar is 151 but I just feel a bit lightheaded. Not tired or moody.

My laundry will be done in a couple hours. My stomach has been pretty ok today besides thie morning.

The hospital called and my surgery packet is ready. So i'll go tommorow to pickup that up after therapy and get the bloodwork done.

Glad to hear good results @Nammu - I am thinking about getting some grapes and cheese tomorrow, they are always my favorite!

@Blue_Bird - what game did you end up playing? I hope you're feeling better. The violin sounds like a great way to ground yourself too, I hope you get a chance to practice.

I am thinking of getting myself an office chair tomorrow. My TV in my living room doesn't have composite outlets for the PS2 because it's a newer TV, but the one in my bedroom has them, which means I will be spending a lot of time in there, that's where my computer is too, so a comfy chair would be great. I don't want to order one online because I don't want to assemble it - I will try to see what's around my town tomorrow - should prove to be a cool little adventure.

How is everyone feeling today? Your moods? Thoughts? I know we always check in with everything we're feeling, but I'd like to hear how everyone is doing. Hugs to those who need them today.

@LadyShadow after I took a klonopin (it had been 12 days without taken one so I’m not worried about building a tolerance) I meditated which helped and then I painted which also helped. I also played some of my Mobile games , like the yugioh trading card game, and some Pokemon games

I feel a lot more calm now

I definitely need to get back to the violin this weekend. Probably start with 30 min tomorrow.

Sorry you had a rough day @Blue_Bird

@raspberrytorte I hear what you're saying about not liking having to take so many pills. I feel the same way-I'd sure be lost without them though.

@Crazy Hitch how did your classes end up going?

Great news about your results @Nammu!

Sorry about your med situation @Moose72.

My Period 1 class were actually okay. I'm nervous for my Period 5 class because on Monday after PE they were rough. I've come up with a seating plan that I think will solve the problem.

I read you can't eat normally for like 6 weeks after surgery. You need to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks or something. Then soft foods. Thats probably whats in the surgical packet

I had a small depression win today-I got some dishes done that have been sitting. A small task, but it feels good to have gotten it done.

Work was very busy today, but it went well. I have a TON of grading I need to do. I'll try to get some done on prep tomorrow, but I also need to lesson plan with my coworker during prep so we'll see how much I get done. Some days, I'm better at mentally pushing through and getting a lot done on my preps than others. Some days, I'm just so drained by the time I get to my prep that I need a break and end up numbing out on my phone...

Almost bed time! Hopefully, I'll sleep okay.

@LadyShadow

It's so nice of you to ask how we're all doing! I feel wonderful. Had a nice date night with the husband. A very nice night. I feel really full though for some reason and I don't know why. I didn’t eat very much today. Very confusing.

Oh, I wanted to add with seroquel and the whole weight gain thing.... it's not like it continued. It stopped. I've been at roughly the same weight the last three years, and it wasn't like a hundred pounds or something outrageous like that. I gained roughly thirty (I've been slowly losing a little bit here and there). And I'm also on 400mg. I doubt your psychiatrist will put you on that much. So don't worry about weight gain. It shouldn't be that bad. At least, I don't think so. I think you'll just feel better. 😊

Yeah as far as seroquel I’m on 25mg and I didn’t gain anything from it. At least not any additional weight. On my AP years ago I gained weight but how much was the AP and how much was that I can’t walk far anymore? I used to leave my car home take the bus and walk cause parking in cities is a nightmare.

I slept six hours last night. Today was better. I successfully mowed the side yard and contacted my doctor’s office. Despite other negatives, I feel like it was a productive day.

Thanks so much guys for the Seroquel suggestions. @raspberrytorte - I am glad you feel so good and had a good night. Glad your class went well @June08 and you had the win with the dishes. Like @Crazy Hitch said, it's the little things and those small wins that mean so much.

Today is the best day I have had in a long time. Really took a day for myself, which I should do more of. It was a day filled with self-care and love for myself. I need more of these days.

@Nammu great news about the mammogram! @LadyShadow you sound a bit better today. I hope that lasts for you. @bluebird I love your paintings! I wish I could be an artist. @June08 morton's neuromas are considered very painful. My mom had one several years ago that responded well to the steroid shot. I hope yours does too.

Anyone else I missed I'm sorry.

I've had some trouble falling asleep since reducing my klonopin dose. Last night I was up until 3 even with PRN meds. Tonight I feel tired though so I'm hoping to fall asleep more easily.

I went to the pharmacy to get my clozaril today and apparently my mail order place has messed things up. They said they could issue clozaril and then about 5 days later sent an email that they couldn't supply it. So I got a script sent to my pharmacy. Oddly they had left messages that it was ready but when I went to get it they couldn't give it to me because ti was ringing up that it was already issued. So I have to call the mail order pharmacy and get them to drop it or something. I just wasn't up for it today so I'll do it tomorrow. I have 2 1/2 weeks or so to get this straightened out. I do wish they hadn't sent the messages it was ready because I had to drive into town and then wait and today hasn't been a good day with nausea. But that's ok. Hopefully I'll feel better by the time I need to go back to town to get this.

Otherwise I have had a fairly lazy day. I gathered my trash and my mom's and took that down but that's about it.I needed it after the last couple of busy days.

Im just enjoying a coffee in my autumn coffee cup right now and loving the cooler weather. I sat outside for 30 min and read some of my book. Books I should say, Im reading multiple at once so jumping back and forth between the different ones I’m reading. Today I’m gonna walk to the library since the weather is so nice, and return a book. Then this afternoon I have Bible study with @LadyShadow , then violin practice. And then ending the day by watching yesterday’s watercolor lesson that I missed. I had to skip the live lesson yesterday cause I wasn’t feeling well during that time but I can watch the replay of it tonight. Should be a nice day! Bipolar Check-In #93

I slept from 10 to 12:30. Then I was up until 3 and I woke up at 6:15 feeling pretty good but kinda anxious. I have therapy in a couple hours. Then go to the hospital. My mom wants to go out to eat but I'm not sure. I have a grocery order at 2. Then I can just relax for a bit.
