Ran into two people from my building while I was at the clinic. That was sort of awkward. Had a scrumptious lunch of grapes, cubed cheese and crackers. Instead of getting a latte I got water.

Cheese and grapes are like the best combo ever

Glad your test results were negative that’s wonderful! And glad you’re doing better

Have to time my benzo carefully at work today. I’ve got one tricky class this morning - they’re okay - just chatty - and then a trickier class who were awful on Monday. They came in after a PE Lesson with no regard to my lesson. Just talking over me. Kept a bunch in at recess. I’ve made a seating plan today for that class so they should be okay. I got this. They’re normally okay but I don’t know what happened on Monday.

That sounds like a really stressful job, you’re doing great at managing it though! Im glad you have your benzo to help you with the anxiety and stress. Thats a lot to deal with. Anyone would feel overwhelmed by all that. Im sure you’re a great teacher!

I’m out of med options except gabapentin and Vraylar. Been manic a month. Risperdal worked but I got high prolactin which I knew was the case in my gut from my symptoms. Pnp is talking about referring me out for ECT.

I napped for about an hour this morning. I was still a bit tired and foggy for a bit but I'm ok now. My bIood sugar is 151 but I just feel a bit lightheaded. Not tired or moody.

My laundry will be done in a couple hours. My stomach has been pretty ok today besides thie morning.

The hospital called and my surgery packet is ready. So i'll go tommorow to pickup that up after therapy and get the bloodwork done.

Glad to hear good results @Nammu - I am thinking about getting some grapes and cheese tomorrow, they are always my favorite!

@Blue_Bird - what game did you end up playing? I hope you're feeling better. The violin sounds like a great way to ground yourself too, I hope you get a chance to practice.

I am thinking of getting myself an office chair tomorrow. My TV in my living room doesn't have composite outlets for the PS2 because it's a newer TV, but the one in my bedroom has them, which means I will be spending a lot of time in there, that's where my computer is too, so a comfy chair would be great. I don't want to order one online because I don't want to assemble it - I will try to see what's around my town tomorrow - should prove to be a cool little adventure.

How is everyone feeling today? Your moods? Thoughts? I know we always check in with everything we're feeling, but I'd like to hear how everyone is doing. Hugs to those who need them today.

@LadyShadow after I took a klonopin (it had been 12 days without taken one so I’m not worried about building a tolerance) I meditated which helped and then I painted which also helped. I also played some of my Mobile games , like the yugioh trading card game, and some Pokemon games

I feel a lot more calm now

I definitely need to get back to the violin this weekend. Probably start with 30 min tomorrow.

Sorry you had a rough day @Blue_Bird

@raspberrytorte I hear what you're saying about not liking having to take so many pills. I feel the same way-I'd sure be lost without them though.

@Crazy Hitch how did your classes end up going?

Great news about your results @Nammu!

Sorry about your med situation @Moose72.

My Period 1 class were actually okay. I'm nervous for my Period 5 class because on Monday after PE they were rough. I've come up with a seating plan that I think will solve the problem.

I read you can't eat normally for like 6 weeks after surgery. You need to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks or something. Then soft foods. Thats probably whats in the surgical packet
