I do wonder if this is common?

I have a hard time just relaxing. Sometimes I feel so anxious that I have a hard time concentrating or getting work done. I even woke up this morning with my mind all rattled. Has that ever happened to you?

Yes, very hard to relax myself. I'm constantly grinding my teeth. Being so anxious keeps me from relaxing.

Join the club. It seems like I'll be having an anxiety attack for days on end, its almost impossible to get work done and I'm extremely unproductive. Its happening right now. The teeth grinding is a problem for me too, as well as a plethora of other physical problems - I grind terribly in the night, and I have awful chronic pain... the doctors can't find a physical explanation, it seems my illness just manifests itself physically as well as mentally.

Hi GeeN,

Yes, I have experienced the very same things as you listed.

You may want to tell your pdoc (psychiatrist) about these symptoms. It sounds as if you are having racing thoughts, a sign of mania.

Do you have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)? Maybe your pdoc can rx you something to help.

I hope that you are feeling well when you get this post.
