I'm in hospital looking around and feel I don't belong here
I don't now how to tell the how I feel I don't trust them I need to go what shall I do help please |

We're all here for you
 i know its scary - its a new environment and some units are just so busy you can feel like your caught up in a whirlwind. Just be open with the staff but don't feel you have to speak unless of course your ready to - just say you need a few minutes alone and ask them to check up on you more regularly if you feel unsafe. What obs r u on? Are you on a NHS ward or private? Ive been hospitalised 4 times - i know exactly what your going through, your in my thoughts

Aw...just trust the process. You're doing the best thing you could do for yourself. It's lonely...but it's what you need right now. We're all here, and have been there. Lonely sucks...esp when you're away from friends and family. Just trust the process honey.

Thinking about you Jamie. Hope that today goes more smoothly and comfortably than yesterday.
I've been hospitalized a few times myself, and yes it can feel quite surreal at times. Don't forget that we're here for you too!
