breaking down into tears 3, 4, 5 times a day

i get my feelings hurt over everything

i feel rejected and abandoned constantly

My up and down emotional rollercoaster wears me out, so i can't imagine what it's like for those with active roles in my life.

i'm just so tired of feeling broken and utterly devastated. it just gets olddddddddddddd, you know?

sorry if i sound ridiculously whiney.

I know how you feel! I'm just so tired of feeling sad, then angry, then happy, hating someone, liking someone, all in one day and over nothing.
It's exhausting!

It is tiring, I hate the emotional rollercoaster. It seems my meds must be doing something as I find that things are more stable then they have been.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I really hope things get a little easier soon.

I can relate to all that you've said. Sometimes my emotions are so chaotic, my behavior/thoughts so irrational that I wish to be completely devoid of emotion sometimes.

I hear you For me personally though, its not the mood swings that are exhausting, probably because I'm bipolar and don't know any different.

But for me what I find utterly exhausting is challenging my negative or paranoid thoughts. Catching myself AND stopping bad behaviour in its tracks. Talking myself down, on sometimes a daily basis, because I know it will just rock my love boat.

I promise you I have narcolepsy like symptoms every 3 months that last for about a week, where I have been known to pass out mid convo I'm sure its all this leashing I do daily...

Anyway, all I meant to say is I do get it...
I ramble, quite often

Been there
done that
bought the t-shirt
wore it out
now use it to mop up the tears...

Gosh. do I know that feeling...sometimes fight weekly, daily, hourly, by the minute and even by the second....at times.....the racing, questioning, nonsleeping, always harping on me, the hating, the fear, the paranoia, all the meds, any way out, everything all the time, nonstop.... oh I ramble...thank you!!!!!

You sound no more whiny than I feel most of the time. It gets so hard to feel this way all the time never knowing when someone might say the wrong thing and never knowing how your going to react with embarrassing anger or crying.
I would give anything to not feel anything for a year, would be such a relief.
