she broke up with me 6 days later because she "wants the next relationship she's in to be for the right reasons" and not so soon after breaking up with her ex
but why didn't she figure this out 6 days ago now i'm all involved and hurt. |

Benzo and alcohol is keeping me calm. Though now the loneliness and emptyness is so much stronger. I hate this. I want to be held and loved.

I just had an awesome 2 hours with my 5 year old son. Drinking hot chocolate, watching a few short youtube videos (he's really into Frozen right now), then going to the park to play.

Got a stomach ache from being ''sorta'' force-fed like I said before...and I can't do no harm whatsoever to ma (verbally of course), but I can't help but fear that I'll react violently if told to eat today....
