hi loser37, I hear you there. I see just the fact that you are posting is great. In the past, things have been worse for me if I held things inside. I'm frustrated too, I identify with your issues, mine are similar please take comfort in knowing you are not alone . Can't say it doesn't suck, speaking for me it just plain sucks. Hope you are in a safe place with safe people. If you're coming to California, welcome, I've been here most of my life, be welcome .
Thanks for this!

I too hate BPD! Im beginning to hate beeing here at PC too! seems like no one understands or cares to understand the struggles I endure on a daily basis. Its terrible being BPD! Even if I leave this message surely no one will respond; because they too know how difficult life is with BPD and find this message negative; and who wants negative???? surely not even me, but this is the life of those with BPD!JG+

Can you say more about your life falling apart?

I often feel rage and self injure when I am frustrated, scared, and don't know what to do!! It's a very fast jump to feeling things are out of control. One of the things that helps me is to practice relaxation every day (and more than once on some days). There are many CD's out there and it takes only 10 or 15 minutes to sit or lay and listen to one. It very calming and gives the mind a chance to relax as well as the body. When my mind is relaxed I can think clearer and see more options for myself that in my worried fearful frustrated state I cannot.

The CD that I use the most is called "Warm" and "Heavy". The CD has 2 tracks, one is "Warm" and the other is "Heavy", and I like them both. I ordered it from www.wholeperson.com.

I hope you enjoy your trip to California.
Thanks for this!

I'd rather say you changed your mind, did what you felt was right for you at the moment.

That is one of the most irritating things.. how the symptoms interfere with what we want! Things like travelling, visiting, school, wanting people in our lives. It is so hard to achieve when we are so inundated with our internal experiences and struggles. It requires so much energy. It's so hard to relax. Feeling overwhelmed makes us give up because it's hard to see any other way. It is so hard.

I'm sorry you are missing your trip and stuggling with getting things done for school.

Do you have a therapist to help you?
I have been in and out of therapy for many years, but 2 years ago found a psychodynamic therapist and it makes such a difference in my life. It feels good to be accepted without judgement, to be wanted, to be able to say anything and everything without worry of how it sounds, how I 'look', etc.
Thanks for this!

STOP PANICKING! YOU'RE FREAKING ME OUT!

I like negativity. And I'm not just saying that... I feel depressed every morning specially when I see my (one of them) friend's face. And when I am not feeling depressed I am happy but then I worry that if I am too happy I might pay for it. So I think something is wrong when I'm happy, so I like negativity.
