I hear ya Sky! This weekend I finally broke out my yoga tape because the hypnotherapist wanted me to start giving it a try. It has 3 - 20 minute segments and the first segment is sitting in a chair and doing stretches.

So, i did the first 20 minutes and contemplated more but remembered how I always have problems with not realizing what is too much, so I stopped (plus it as hurting quite a bit).

Since I was warmed up My "new" approach to pain...., I decided to do a little vacumming which was fine. The I wanted to move this 3 shelf book shelf - so I emptied the first shelf and it was still too heavy. I emptied the second shelf, gave it a tug, and pulled a muscle in my left hip! Now I had all these books all over the place I had to keep going to get it done.

When I went to the neuro the next day for an emg he had me walk so he could see my gate. He looked confused and asked again if it was my right hip giving me problems. I said yup but then I pulled a muscle in my left hip. He said, ohhhh that explains why you're limping weird! It hurts so much on both sides now I kinda look like a peguin when I walk!

The joys! Hope you got some sleep and have a good pain day.

Tranquility
