🔥In a flare
This flare is my fault. I ate a few meals over the last three days that were not healthy/friendly to my immune system.
I was able to leave and purchase fresh fruits/vegetables, cranberry juice and soup. I also have tea to calm my stomach. 🍅🥬🥒🥦🥕🌽🍍🍌

I had a peaceful night. I didn't sleep at all, (which would have obviously made it bettter), but compared to most nights it was rather quiet in the way
of thoughts or flashbackk

mentally I am doing okay today, mood's good and I've eaten fruit (so a nice healthy breakfast)

physically though I wish I was in another body. it really hurts

I am hungry.

yesterday my dinner was really dry and I ended up leaving half of it, even though I had snacks afterwards, it didn't fill me up- so I am hoping today's dinner (and food in general is better)

standard day apart from that (standard as in, no sleep and constant pain)

Pfrog is pfacing a major decision as pertains to refiling for long-term disability through her employer's policy holder.

Their certificate (70 pages) has so many ifs, ands & buts that it makes me almost too scared to go there!

Well, got the LTD through employer policy refiled.

Hoping the process is relatively quick and painless.

I will be out of a paycheck by the end of this or the pfirst of next year.

late checking in today because I had an internet outage. (ugg they suck!)

thankfully, they arn't as bad as they used to be (where I lived before), but it still annoys me.

I also got a call from my care team today, I suppose it went well, though their was nothing really to say- the woman just wanted to reasure me " we've not forgotten you", of course, I realise that or you wouldn't have called. but yeah was still good to talk to someone, even if their was nothing really to say.

had a shopping delivery (mainly candy). looking forward to having sausages for my dinner

I have been trying out yet another new radio station.

it is called " atlantic storm", and it's catchphrase is " music rashing in with the waves"

most of it so far has been 90's dance, which I honestly don't mind. it's not my favorite, but it's okay

today on who wants to be a milionaire, a guy won the jackpot. it's the only the 7th time it's been done in the show's history (I wonder if their is any milionaire in america?)

but the guy was amazing. reached question 15 and still had 3 lifelines

that about wraps up the series for another year, but they've all ready said they are looking for contestants for the new series.

not doing much in terms of being productive, I'v not even decided on dinner yet (I had mcdonalds yesterday, it really filled me up)

feel good just the same tired of the same feeling I guess

one of the things I always comment on when I post to these check-in threads, is the quality of my food

yesterday I had undercooked scampi, so needed a few snacks after to fill me up. I didn't sleep.

today I have been talking to one of my email friends brendan for most of the day. he has a doctors appointment tomorrow for some blood tests, and he's a bit anxious (so reasuring him it will be fine), and I told him that when he gets back he can vent all he likes to me (that's why I'm their!)

not much in terms of productivity. watched some tv, but triggered by

Possible trigger:

listened to some music (on atlantic storm)

that's about it

When I pfirst pfiled pfor disability, I contacted an attorney's office pfor help, but changed my mind.

Since then I realize that I am in way over my head and am hoping I haven't already messed things up!

I tend to dissociate when overwhelmed and my brain misfires.

The lady that cuts my hair gave me a referral today (it was the same office I called but a different attorney).

He handled her husband's case.

I'm calling pfirst thing tomorrow and asking him pfor help.

I need it.

I had a delivery today (and that's always exciting, I love the post)

it was a new jane austin mug which I won a couple weeks ago.

never read her books, so don't really know why I entered. suppose I just needed a new mug (I actually don't have many).

this one's pretty plain, it's white with the word jane austin on it. but hey I won something, I'm not complaining (I never win anything!)

not really doing much else today (hah, surprise!)

I am looking forward to my dinner though. not the food, looking forward to drinking out of my new mug

you know the pain is bad when the very first thing you do in the day (even before you go and get your clothes out) is wet yourself

then throughout the day I've changed 4 more times, each with varying levels of incontinence.

and I didn't sleep too. but that one's a given

Grr, couldn’t get the heat right and needed a cool drink before bed- Woke up twice in the night for quick pee. Pain meds working for wrist, foot, lower back and toothaches, but can still feel my bladder. Steroids working for ear irritations, and cream working for what is left of my toe fungus from stubbed toe a few years back. My ankles no longer feel weak and my knee pains have gone away almost completely. I really need to start daily exercises, yoga and stretching but am actually too depressed to think about wanting to do that. At least I have daily visits to the flower garden to look forward to but that too is feeling less and less like my own project.
