I've been dealing with fibromyalgia, migraines, and asthma lately, a little more than usual. But today, at least at this very moment, I feel reasonable. Even comfortable in my own skin.

Still hurting and ouchy and achy but all that has receded enough so I can think more clearly and I feel my spirits lift. The temps are a bit warmer and the promise of spring is clear.

I want to remember this, that in my journey to take a moment to savor the times of relaxation and respite.

Here is hoping that everyone else gets at least a moment of respite.
