have been having arthritic pain as usual, too much rain here. Now it seems to have gotten worse, in the last week I've been using a walker just to get up from my chair, then I am able to walk with limp, Today I had to use walker to get up and walk, using chain to get upstairs, any suggestions on what I can use to releave the achey pain and sore mucles?

Herbal supplements... for joints help my 86 yr old mother... more oil in the diet (like olive oil!) and less WHITE foods (white bread, white rice etc).. stretching exercises help the joints to stay more fluid...and WATER WATER WATER!

I heard of something called: Glucosamine. But I don't know if it's good though. I never took it myself. I just heard people talking about it.

I'm sorry that you are in so much pain!

There is a spray, "STOPAIN" by LifeLine. It is extra strength and is a topical analgestic spray and it has glucosamine, msm and boswella. It is the best thing that i've ever found for my arthritic pain. I carried a very heavy camera, around my neck, for years and I get really severe neck pains when I'm tired. I spray this on and it helps a lot. It works fast! I go to work smelling like menthol and coulnd't care less...............Hope you can find some, Angie...Mine came in a 4 ounce bottle and I've had it quite awhile. xoxox pat p.s. I buy it at a health food store.

You're not going to believe this, but no sugar, no white flour and ingesting acidolphilous will work. It takes a few days but it definately works. You'll be amazed.

Also, capsacian, (sp) cream is supposed to be excellent.

I hope you feel better soon.

Hugs,

Jan

Not for sure if YOU have a regular form of arthritis or RA..... but from one RA sufferer to another - the supplements usually makes it all worse..... trust ME for I have had RA since I was 12 years old and I have tried it all.

My best defence against the pain is rest, Advil, my daily Rx meds and Darvocet 100..... Good Luck.

Had a fantastic day yesterday, no pain, my knee was able to bend, I walked up and down the stairs without a bit of pain, woke up this morning, heck it took 15 min. to get up off the pot, knee is sooooooo sore, back to the walker
