I'm finding lately I am having an increasingly hard time discussing how I am feeling with my husband, and it seems to be because I'm not even able to figure it out in my own head ..

Have you thought about couples counseling? Or maybe some counseling for yourself first, then bring the husband in? Sometimes we get mentally stuck and need an outside person to help us.

If you have had multiple surgeries, that can take time to get over. If you have recently had a surgery, it can take a while for you to get over the affects of the anethesia too, that can take a good six months.

I think it would be better if you could find a therapist you can work with to figure yourself out and have someone to talk things out with. Husbands are not typically very good at doing that with tbh, unless he is a therapist.
