stupid voices.. being evil to me. telling me to leave my church.. i hate them. i hope god casts them into hell. sorry mods if i cant say god.

music helps.

but i get so angry at them.

they come out of people so it seems like ppl are being evil to me... it hurts my relationships with my family.. although i forgive them for how they've treated me.. im not perfect either.

guess im stuck to keep taking my meds.. they have helped. im damned to taking them =/

maybe its really not them. but that is hard to believe. they are good people

writing this has helped me feel better.. hope those feelings stay =P

any comments help and are appreciated.

Are you hearing voices or are people actually saying this? I'm confused. But it doesn't take much to confuse me these days. LOL

If people ARE saying this, YES they are being evil, and don't pay any attention to them!!! You have EVERY RIGHT to be in any church you want!! God welcomes you in ANY church - it doesn't matter where. People have no right to tell you to leave!

If you're hearing voices (and I've had that trouble before, although i could never understand what they were saying) -- talk to a therapist about this. He can give you "tricks" for quieting these voices. I found a way to shut mine up and it worked!! The voices stopped -- and I seldom hear them anymore, but if I do I have a 'trick" to quiet them. Works every time.

I wish you the very best! God bless & please take care of YOU. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

I am glad you are feeling better. Keep doing what it takes to feel ok, if it is posting here do it! I find when I get bad thoughts I try my hardest to replace them with good ones by praying, I don't know but it works some of the time for me. If you have to take meds that is not that bad, it could be worse. I wish you well.

This may sound INSANE to you, but my psychiatrist thought it was excellent and he was going to suggest it to other patients.

I put "faces" on my voices. At the time I had only 2 "voices" in my head. One seemed to be a man, and the other a woman. I could see their faces, but didn't recognize them. They'd get to talking loudly and both at once, and many times I couldn't understand what they were saying because they were both talking at once -- and that REALLY confused me!! It was chaos in my head, with constant talking all the time!!! Other times, they'd be saying terrible things to me.

When that started, this is what I did -- you HAVE to be able to visualize!!!
I would "visualize" this plexiglas wall. The wall would be able to "roll" down into the floor so it disappeared or raise up to the ceiling so that it actually created a wall. When the voices started, I'd press a "button" and the wall would go up so that it was between me and the voices -- that way I couldn't HEAR the voices anymore. I could SEE the faces but I couldn't hear them! They'd keep "talking" but there was no sound! Then they'd get tired of talking and be quiet -- so I could let the wall down again.

It sounds crazy, but it actually WORKS!!! Like I said, you have to be able to visualize this. I'd have to be in a quiet room, usually dark with no interruptions. It never failed.

I hope you can get it to work for you. OR maybe I'm just weird. LOL

God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee
