I feel so irritated by people who does not think it is wrong to steal minor things like pens, rulers, when these things happen I am reminded of my mother who always curse me by telling me I will never succeed in life because I don't acknowledge her drimking behaviour and also reminds me of the day I was raped by my commander in the police service. I am angry because I hate what happened to me. I am angry because no one understand what I m going through.

Oh my dear Daily, you REALLY need to talk to a therapist and TELL him what happened to you, INCLUDING the AWFUL rape by your commander!! That was terrible, and he had NO right to do that to you. He USED you because he was your commander -- and because he knew he was "over' you in rank. He knew that if you said anything, you would get fired. He was WRONG -- VERY wrong, and he's a PIG!! He needs to be stopped!!
You have got to talk to a therapist, sweetie, so you can learn how to deal with this anger and resentment. You need to know that it WAS NOT your fault! You did NOTHING WRONG. You were raped by an animal!! He prowls on women who can do nothing!!! This wasn't your fault and you couldn't do anything about it, honey. PLEASE BELIEVE THAT! Please call a therapist, will you? Please? You do need some help in dealing with this. You won't regret it, I promise you. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I am so sorry you have been through such trauma. There are people who will understand if you will seek them out. Do you have a mental health center in your community that you can call? You should not have to deal with this alone.

I know how you feel.... When we are abused and taken advantage of the way you have been, or even when things go wrong and it seems like you never get a break, it makes you feel worthless, angry, depressed. I've been there many times. I agree with the comments above, you should seek help. It is so hard to go through all that by yourself, but if you have people standing behind you, it makes all the difference. I am very sorry to hear of all the trauma you've undergone, and I really hope you can get help and move on to a better place.

![]() ![]() I too am angry about a lot from my past, then when something in the now reminds me of it or the feelings of something come back, then frustration of that I am this way, and misunderstanding from others on either the subject or how I am due to some things... I agree Therapy probably would help with this. I know one thing that helps me, that my ex-t and my S/O reminds me even now, IT Is OK for me to Be Angry-- I usually tend to lean towards the side of "angry= bad" due to how I perceived it when growing up-- I find it a negative thing, which I myself, need to find away to say- It is neither negative or positive, it is usually a warning sign to something-- either feeling unjust, misunderstood, etc.. then go from there on "what to do" if I can... Many hugs to you on this and Hope you find the help that you need with it
