I m tired of being tired.
Every morning I wake up instead of getting up ,I stay in bed, watch something to fall back to sleep.......I just dont feel like facing daily life. I v been in therapy for 2 yrs & getting tired of that also. I just want to be normal again, be able to enjoy life (sometimes) & and not feel overwhelmed about life. |

Hello Passioncompassion: The Skeezyks offers his best wishes with the hope that you might find a path back to happiness. I'm pretty-much tired all of the time too. But, then, I'm old.

I can completely relate. I feel exactly the same. I also do exactly the same as you every morning.

I am the same way sometimes. My CPAP machine has not been working properly and in general I am lazy. I also struggle with social anxiety and really like to stay home.
Sometimes I find getting up, showering and getting dressed like I am going to work helps. Sometimes I go to my favorite coffee shop to get away from the bed. I hope you find a solution to your problems. ![]() ![]() |

It's the hardest thing for me to get up & out. I'm between jobs so there is not much reason to get out of bed. I hear you.

Any sleep therapist will say remove all tvs and electronics from the bedroom. They would suggest you get in the habit too of not watching tv, texting, or using electronics for a full hour - or more - before you go to bed. It wouldn't hurt to give this a try. |

for me every day is the same... little to no sleep, then it's up to sit on the computer- or thinking about suicide, or overeating, or thinking about how rubbish my past has been..
i don't work- so i don't have the right to use that excuse.. i'm not getting up every day for work or anything like that, i don't do anything so then another day's wasted before you know it, and you're back to the evening- where you just can't sleep anyway sort of wish i had a reason to get up in the mornings.... but what. just to be laughed at and feel ashamed of my own life? i don't like that |
