I’m not coping well. I did try to get out to pickup groceries but they were out of everything except one thing. And then we passed by a few maskless dudes hanging out their car windows with a sign and were yelling “Trump 2021!” Right into my open window onto my own maskless face because my mom wanted a dumb video.

Not coping well today. I am extremely overwhelmed by all that is on my plate between unemployment, covid, an abusive marriage turned into now a divorce and mounting debt. I cannot deal anymore. I want to crawl under a rock and never come out again.

I slept from 10pm until 3am woke up refreshed and full of energy,I feel good.I guess I am coping,had a lovely day yesterday and am doing well this morning,it's still 3.40am but yes,so far am coping ok.

Very up and down through this divorce process. It's been emotionally upsetting and very draining, eye opening and also freeing at the same time. I DO see the light at the end of the tunnel though, and on some days, I feel far better and far happier. That gives me hope. As far as coping? Eh. On the bad days I am drinking too much and then sending angry texts to my abusive soon to be ex husband. I'm not proud of myself for these moments where I slip downwards.

Not bad I had the best day since the Covid-19 Read some of my book.did some colouring in pictures and I had time to go online on youtube to listen to some music. Also got my injection done this morning.
 I want to get some rest and tomorrow do the same all over again just have a bit of fun and a laugh makes my day better.
