How are you coping today? #7

I'm at the hospital getting a treatment. It's going ok. I should be fine after this. I feel stressed. I usually cope better.

I feel overwhelmed, even though there's no good reason to be.

I’m feeling like I don’t fit in today, it’s hard to describe and maybe it’s not grounded in reality, but I’m coping by keeping busy and there’s been a lot for me to do so that’s good.

I've made it to Season 7 of Survivor. I bought a subscription to HBO Maxx, Paramount +, and Amazon Prime. Since I am on Season 7 of Survivor, I have proved that I can keep my head on the end game which is to watch all seasons of some of the shows on there, like Ancient Aliens, Survivor, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Game of Thrones, House of Dragons, Rings of Power, Seal Team 6 etc and be entertained. I've been using the computer and cell phone. I am not really straying from these things. Not really going out and shopping, and only buying Chipotle on Wednesday - that did become a habit. This is helping me cope because I did feel like my life was ending up being bizarrely chaotic and hectic. I'm just staying put in my parents house which is the most grounding thing in the world. My cousin passed away and her funeral is on Friday. I hope God's angels have been good to her.

I got through the night. I now have to get through today.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

Couldn't get out of bed until 1130. No energy at all. I haven't been like this in 4 yrs.

I have a lot of blame and shame to throw at myself. I really messed up, not only harm for myself, but for my kids. I can’t undo it. It’s unproductive to beat myself up for it now. I am so anxious about their feelings toward me now. I need to be the adult voice of reason and sanity now.

I'm in a great mood today.
It was a productive day, I did a lot of things, cleaned the house, shot content for Instagram, and cooked pasta and cheese for dinner.

I'm doing what I can to relax, & trying to think positive.

I'm feeling crappy.

I been watching some movies after being chewed out by my sister twice yesterday

I made mistakes and have no more privacy, and that's why i have less and less tolerance with people who suffer boredom and pretend to tease/insulting/violating me after years of depression and isolation
Boredom is kilometers far from being a problem for me. I can't stand cheat-chats moths

Also they blame me for everything that went bad in the family like i dont do it already alone, blaming myself for this nightmare that is now to big to handle

I have zero tolerance Vs childish adult
A child can be bored. A kid can be bored. A teenager, maybe a twenty-something.

But an adult has to manage "the great issue of boredom" alone. I did it all my life and was alone in that

I hope I cope as well today as I did yesterday. I'm finally on an upswing.

I'm very mellow. There is a weight on my mind, my thoughts are sluggish and slow. I am coping by taking it slow, by allowing myself to be slow, and not performing as I usually would.

Very sick. So far covid negative but slight fever throat hurts chills and nausea. Terrible
