I know I'm here, but sometimes I blink and my head just spins and everything moves slowly, is that what it is to dissociate?
I've started describing my days as some sort of alien trying to mix with humans. I just don't get it, everytime I walk around it's like there are 2 groups of people the first always stare at me like word was spread around and I did something wrong, the latter just seem like when you're in a movie or playing a game and you encounter npcs or background characters who just don't seem to care or want you gone. It's not fair, everyone else seems to have been besties in a past life and when they see me, even people I've known for years at this point, they just avoid me until I'm the last person in a room and they want to talk and remember "oh she's still here? anyway hi". |

I am so sorry these things are happening to you. Having not read your previous posts, I am sort of at a loss what to say. Regarding one of the things you wrote, I think people are not being very fair or nice to you. So sorry about that.

no need to feel sorry, mb I was just venting.
It just felt like everyone targets me like the other day someone was on the phone and mentioned the previous name of a particular person and I went "oh that's a pretty name" and everyone went on a tangent on how I should read the room, when I just walked in on the conversation, like how tf was I supposed to know? Constantly walking on eggshells, one wrong move and there's an excuse to yell at me |

I always felt like an alien. I notice people look at me like they KNOW I have a mental illness. Its like "keep back...who knows what she'll do".
