I am doing the best I can.
I am a compassionate person. My family and I deserve to be peaceful, healthy and happy. May I be peaceful, may I be content, and may I not suffer in my body or mind. This is my homework. Said and thought about at least three times daily. |

Three times daily!!! Evey time you recite that to yourself you should "treat yourself"....a piece of sugarless candy....make a "check-off chart" & decorate each time w/ a star.......close your eyes for 1 whole minute after you recite and take a couple of slow, deep breaths....let it sink in

Hmmm, Missy knows my altitude? Thanks, I am trying to have a positive outlook, think well of myself because I have felt like I am crawling into a hole again. This really is helping. We all deserve to be healthy and happy.
