I hate feeling sad, teary-eyed, fearful, and all other emotions that are not rational at 7 in the morning. I wish my meds would kick in soon. Plus having either withdrawal from the meds I was taken off or side effects from new meds is driving me crazy, feel like my head stays in a constant spin. Plus, I have to go to work tonight, that will be a fun adventure to keep a straight face. Damn this is tough!!!

((((Regie)))),

Hang in there Regie. You can do this! You know how actors have to come up with different emotions to do their job. Maybe this is the time for you to try a little 'play-acting'! That is one of the tecqs. that I had to do when I was going through my depression, and had to face co-workers.
I absolutely hated having to be at work, and would have felt much better in the security of my own home. Sooo, I play/acted. And it worked. It was tough at times. But, you can fool people, and making a game out of it seemed to help.
I know this is not a cure, but maybe a suggestion for you to try, as a crutch to help you get through you nite.
Also, try using each hour that you spend at work as a goal. When that hour passes, pat yourself on the back, and say " I made it " ! ! ! Then do that each hour, and your shift will eventually end.
Gesss, hope this works for you. just a suggestion!
Best of luck to you.
