Today feel like crap, for about three days I felt good then today I felt like crap, no matter how hard I tried nothing worked I still felt unhappy with everything, I just wish these feelings of dispair go away, I smile alot but it just seems like empty smiles to me, pointless really, things are not going the way I had hoped they would so me really down in the dumps today.

Hi, Psy,
This is positive progress...that you've had some good days. Recovery is like taking one baby step forward and two steps back, but you will eventually get there. Believe me; I've been there.

I know you speak the truth Seeker and I appreciate it but the problem is that I think the only reason that I felt good was was that a friend of mine gave me sum ciprilex and that made me feel good cause I took two whole ones and you are supposed to take only half and now I think it has worn off so me wanting more and have none so me feeling like %#@&#! again. But thanx anyway and I know that one day happiness will smile on me once again.

I know nothing about the drug you took, Psy, but in the end, drugs taken without the supervision of a doctor are ultimately harmful.

Cipralex is called Lexapro here in the states. Escitalopram oxalate is the generic name. Used to treat panic and anxiety disorders, and depression. I would not think you would feel much effect right away, but I suppose it is possible, usually it takes a few weeks to fully kick in.

If you have any challenges with depression and/or anxiety, can you find a good doctor and possibly try this med or another legally? You do need health care oversight when taking any medications like this, for your own safety and wellbeing. You deserve it.
