I don't know that you will listen to me, or anyone, but I figure this is worth a try.

A suggestion: skim through your past posts, especially any saying that you are stopping therapy and meds. Also look through any of our replies to your threads, I see lots of good discussion and suggestions already there.

I am not sure what your current post means, but I guess that it could be saying -help me-, since it is posted publically and demonstrates painful emotions.

The right meds, continued consistently and not stopped, plus good enough therapy, can work wonders. They don't necessarily make all the pain go away, but they help. Having the edge taken off is a worthy goal.

Doing something other than being on the computer would help, methinks. Doing something good for someone else, without needing a particular result to happen, might help also.

Hi Miss A,

I popped over to have a look at your photos, and saw one of you on the London Eye? You looked cool and chilled out. Your photo made me think of our own daughter and how much I miss her now she's living away from home (also in London).

Thinking about your posts, I would say that maybe your moods change quite quickly and that must be upsetting for you. I have always suffered from that, although it's easier now that I'm older. They used to change in an instant.

The trick is (this is me as the old dog now) - the trick is to learn to recognise the moods as they change and not be so caught up in them that you don't know what's happening. It does help I promise you.

I think one reason that I'm always sympathetic to your posts is that I can recognise myself in them, I've been there.

Good thoughts, Myzen empty

Miss A, you see, depression is not a choice. That said, you sound more lonely and in need of love and affection than anything else. Try to allow yourself to take what is given here okay? Let yourself feel it, take it in. You may also be playing the push me pull you game where we want attention and then push it away because we get scared. Been there done that. Good luck.
