I feel very frustrated.
Trying to keep my head on my shoulders but it has been difficult.
Still wavering between hope and despair.
I am tired.
I know the process can be grueling.
I just needed to vent.
Frustrated!

YOu know, I think that ONLY when the process is working , do we feel exhausted, or frustrated from it. I think it is a sign of progress ! Its not a good feeling, but when we are working hard on issues, reliving the past, remembering things we might not want to remember etc, is really does mean progress. Keep on keepin on Susan - you've come a long way baby! :-)

Can we be frustrated that you are experiencing frustration?

Keep venting here sweetie.

We've no doubt you're tired from all this. You're working hard on this sj. Don't forget that those little things like resting by the pool in the sun, or listening to good music, or even a frostee dipped cone as a treat are all important "fun" things to do while doing this work.

You're not slacking if you attend to yourself with nurturing things........if anything it is showing you're learning how to be nice to yourself because you are worth it.

Your T will work with you on pacing this stuff out. Even grueling processes require taking healthy breaks.

We're happy you made it through this to still be here to vent. Wish wish wish like hell it was easier to get through sweetie.

strength to you.

I have been dragging my heals all week, I know what thats like for sure, some days, typing is a chore and I always feel guilty for taking time to do nothing, im a mother and a wife, i have a job to do, but damit sometimes I just dont want too!

My thoughts are with you and you are most definatly in the right place to vent.

Hope you have a better day
