I feel so overwhelmed tonight. I feel the urge to cry and wish that my therapist could be here to hold me. To take the pain away.
I hate how i am feeling inside. I won't see my therapist until the 16th. My depression is killing me inside. ![]() |

I called my therapist this morning,but she wasn't picking up the phone at all, so i left her a message. And so far no call from her yet.

Maybe she was/is just really busy. Most therapists that I have encountered usually wait until the end of the day to return phone calls unless they think it is a dire emergency. Hopefully she will call you back soon.

It is unfortunate that your are feeling poorly but concentrating on your therapist is probably not the healthiest idea. They cannot always be there for us and so you must learn ways to help yourself through these times. Your therapist should be helping you to be independant. Do you have a friend that you can talk to? Do you have a place that brings you peace? Does writing help? Do you have an activity that will take your mind off of things? Basically is there anything that you can do to try and distract yourself from how you are feeling?
If nothing else - keep chatting and maybe, hopefully someone will say something that will bring even just a little light to your day. Keep fighting! |
