I'm a nothing to my father and I can't handle it! I want to go away and never return. I don't think I'm gonna be alright this time. It seems like everyday, every minute I get more and more depressed. I don't know what's causing me to go downhill so badly right now. Maybe it's the way he reacted to me being around on Labor Day--I don't even think he said one word to me!
My heart is breaking so badly...he's all I can think about. My world is ending!

yeah, thank god I see her on Monday. I just hope I can hold on till then.

IF you do not feel safe from yourself - call a Crisis Center in your area ASAP, or call your T and ask for an emergency session.

The only problem with an emergency session is that I have no transportation. Around here county transportation needs 2 full working days notice for appointments. I'm SOL there. I do have the crisis # though.

So get the emergency appointment in 2 days and set up the transport. If its the best you can get, get it! The sooner you call, the sooner those 2 days go by.
