can anyone be sitting there feeling ok, then all of a sudden just feel the pit of your stomach drop and want to sob, really sob in an instant? This keeps happening more and more just lately. I am on escitalopram for depression and diazapam for anxiety. I also have sleeping pills as I suffer with insomnia.

These waves of severe depression make me lathargic and I dont know when they are about to happen.

Yes... yes i understand completely what you are saying. That feeling is horrible, and I wish that i had answers for you (and myself), but i'm still working on it. Just know you're not alone in how you're feeling.
I just try and ride the days through .. waiting for the sun to come out.
hugs
