Yep, it sounds lke depression, hon. Only depression could call "blah" cozy. Is it just a vague feeling of fear you're feeling, or are you afraid you might be depressed? See if you can't get out a little bit. The more time goes, the harder it gets, and you don't want it to get to the point that you can't when you want to. That and getting out some ususally helps people feel a little bit better, because the body needs the excersize and the fresh air. Hope you start feeling better soon. Huggs!
Thanks for this!

Hi, Kiim.

It's no fun to be confused and distressed, but it's OK to be confused and distressed. These signs tell you to try to reach out for help. I'm a depressive, and, frankly, I can't do without help.

Here are a couple of self-screening tests for depression:
Depression Test for Children and Teenagers
Dr. Goldberg's Depression Screening Test
Also, there's the "Sanity Score" Test:
Sanity Score (Beta)
Sanity Score FAQ - Read First!
These tests are for screening, not real diagnosis. They may help you get some idea of what you're dealing with.

Wishing you insight and the strength to act on that insight...

This frog of little brain just scored a 68 on the depression test. But I'm improving I started out in the 80's.
Being at the bottom of me is difficult. I've been there several times and I still wish I could be the me I use to be.
I know isloation is not good but I also know how comfortable it can feel. You feel safe here and the world can't hurt you.
I wish I had answers for you but there is nothing for me to offer. Sometimes is helps to post your thoughts and feeling here. Others such as you understand these thoughts and feelings. Most importantly we are here to listen.
