Just had to share.

I even tackled a job I've been wanting to take care of but keep putting off because it seemed too much. Ends up it took about 15 minutes once I actually got into it and got excited about it.

I have to get back to work, but I really want to keep up the momentum. Guess I'll have to shift it into work responsibilities instead of household ones so I can finish up the household ones tonight. We might actually get to eat and do homework at the kitchen table if I keep this up. Having a good day.

The avatar name says it's smiling.

If you go to http://avatars.jurko.net they have something like 23 pages of them. It's the same place Hope4me2 found her cow licking the screen. Having a good day.

Having a good day. I got the kitchen table cleaned off (mostly, just not the end that's pushed up against the wall). My cat is currently enjoying it. I have no idea why. Having a good day.

Add one more thing to why it's a good day. The mail just came and there was nothing in there to destabilize my mood. One more day with no decompensation. Whoooo hoooo!

I made my dreaded weekly contact with the ex. I'm finding it's much less stressful when I know he most likely will be replying to my messages than it is waiting around wondering when he may or may not contact me demanding information or telling me how and when something will be done.

I contacted county mental health because it's been a week past when my counselor wanted to see me, and I still haven't gotten a follow-up appointment even though he said they would be contacting me and letting me know after they coordinated the counselor's and psychiatrist's schedules. I was dreading making that phone call. I hate finding out I've been spaced off by someone because they were "so busy."

I wrestled with the storm door once again and this time I won instead of giving in and leaving the screen in place. No more drafty front porch door! Yay! Having a good day.

And I actually slept better last night for the first time in four nights. I even forgot to set the alarm clock and still woke up on time. Double yay!! Having a good day. Having a good day.
