Ariesmars, does therapy usually bring you up? How often do you experience this up-down post-therapy mood swing?

I hope you can eat and get to feeling better soon!

found my basic scale. yes therapy does bring % up, but so as i walk out the door it starts dropping. i guess cause i dont wanna leave my T. i did eat some, still hungry though.

% scale

100% happy to be alive, feel worth something, can do anything!
50% not happy, not sad, just alive taking up space
10% completely sad/depressed, absolute worthless, wish i was dead
<10% thinking about how to end life, if 0%=death

note the just basic scale i came up with to help T understand my 'settings'

Flying in the snow!? You certainly made it look easy (thanks for the link)!

Ariesmars, when you fly, how does it feel according to your scale?

I'm at a loss over this one, Ariesmars.

The quest would certainly be frightening and probably painful. Would it be worth the pain? Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes no. Sometimes you can't know until you've gone and done it.

What are the chances she is the same person you knew? How have you changed?

I can't draw from my own experience in attempting to offer you ideas. But for one friend who still lives far away where I grew up, my ties to that time and that world are all severed.

No matter what you choose to do, I and your other friends here have open ears for whatever you need to say.
