I feel that way and it is also safer to say that than to voice my opinions

Could it be DEPRESSION that sucks?

I wish everyone here could get along or at least work out misunderstandings and bad feelings but that is probably a stupid wish .. I also know it sometimes takes a lot of time

I am learning more about my "patterns" grrrrrrrr. Sometimes I feel like avoiding everyone, both online and offline as I feel like such a piece of dog poop

I have NO contact with my stepmother and haven't had for years as she was abusive towards me for a long time and took no responsibility for that. At the time I was unable to fight back growl. I have no desire to ever talk to that witch again! Although I will probably have to see her at my father's funeral.

I suppose we both could have sellotape over our mouths

I know how it can suck.
You and I have talked about how similar our thinking patterns are. We need to conquer this..some how and in some way.
We get highs. We get lows. Then we feel like the world is so against us we are running out of room to hide...but we must light the torch as many times as it blows out.

Yes, I think about my ex... and when he dies, I do not plan to go, unless my sons want me to ... but even then.. I might not. However, attending your father's funeral is a different story. You have to treat her like every other stranger who will be there: courteously, but owing them nothing! Most ppl are in such a state of their own, they aren't worrying about another person there.

Depression is what is so bad. I think sometimes we HAVE to withdraw and regroup ourselves. That is a safe thing to do once in a while.
