The Art of Depession.. It an art of it own. Don't ask me how I decide to start this out.. Just came naturally. Havn't you ever notice you start feeling the dumps in your depression you get sick?

I just like to see if depression has anything to do with related to colds, flus, fevers, and ect... or just plain thought or made up in the head.

It definetely effects my arthtitis. I don't think the flu is an issue with me but everyone is different. I definitely think your state of mind effects your immune system so I believe this to be true... in my case it hits me in my RA which is an auto-immune disease.

I just notice when my depession really start to hit.. I start getting some sort of cold. Luckly it doesn't effect my arthtitis(I know I am young to have it, but my due to my depession I have a body of a 26 year old it what some doctors have told me since I am 20)
And if you ever notice to look at cold mediences ingredients, they have some simlar things as an anti-depressant.. But I wounder if it only makes you feel worst.
