I don't want to feel this way anymore, I don't want to be so lost and feel so hopeless. I just want to feel something, anything. Right now, I am scared. I am scared and alone and I don't like my feelings right now.

I just, I can't talk to anyone, I have no one I can talk too. I really, really, really alone now.

Not completely--we are here to say we've been there. I was suicidal several times in my life and quite recently too. I was able to work through it and am happy for that now. Do reach out to a crisis hotline if you feel really bad and at your wit's end. Or write to us again here. Send me a private PM if you want, if this is too public and I promise I'll answer. You can say anything you want to me and I will listen. I'm sure there are many others here who feel the same way. We all pull for each other to feel better in this community. There is always someone who is a little stronger at the moment who can lend a sympathetic ear and say, "I really do care about you and want you to be well." Sending you some hugs.

Hi Artie,
I am here and you can talk to me. I am sorry to hear you are feeling so scared, lost, lonely and hopeless. If you come back and talk, well technically, write more, I will listen, so will the others. You pain won't push us away. And even if we can't make your it disappear and be magically replaced by bright sunny feelings (wish we could), we can still tell you, we are here Artie. We hear you.

Hugs,
Sunna

I am hear to listen and talk. I love to talk. Feel free to express anything. I will not judge. I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bulimia for 33 years. Some days are really good and others not so good. Believe me nothing you can say will scare me off. The other members of this group have been there too. They have been very supportive for me and given me some sound advise- even when I did not want to hear it. PLEASE keep talking. We are here for you.

Hi Artie ~ I'm an old "Grandma" -- but you can talk to me anytime. I'd be more than happy to talk to you. I've been around the block a few times, so maybe I could be of some help.

I've felt alone lots of times -- and I've been scared too. I even committed myself to a mental ward in a hospital back in the '70's because I was so scared. I'm glad I did it too, because I found out alot about myself.

As long as you're here, you are NEVER alone. Feel free to talk. God bless. Hugs, Lee
