Iīm dying inside! Feel so sad! Nothing seems to be going my way... So many problems to deal with in life! I know that thereīs light in the opening of this dark cave, but right now my eyes are like blind, because I canīt see the light, all I see is darkness! I grope around in the dark trying to find the right way, trying to find freedom.... Am I ever going to find it? How and when???

Hmmm donīt know exactly what I mean... going to bed.... stay there...Well, life is way too much right now! You donīt have to worry about me killing myself, because thatīs not me! Iīm still a fighter deep inside, but I just canīt find the strength today! Itīll come back, but not today...have to wait and see... Have to endure!

Itīs been long since I felt this bad, so itīs hard to see something good about life right now. I wonder if it wouldnīt be better if I just stayed here in the appartment, switched off the computer, unplugged the telephone and never spoke to one single person ever again... Hi Ninni,
Sorry you're feeling overwhelmed today. Our sky here today is very wintery, and the temps feel cold. When it is like this, my first instinct is to back to bed, and get under my down comforter, and sleep til Spring. When I get overwhelmed, I find it helps to lie down for a little bit and relax. I sort through all the things on my plate, and then decide what the most important item is. When I feel refreshed, I get up and tackle that one thing. What's your weather like? EJ |
