I'm sorry that you are hurting right now. That is not a good thing to go through, either. Hang in there. We're all here for you when you need us.

(((((((esthervirtue))))))))) that sounds like a really tough time. sometimes you just need those days, not doing anything, but if there's maybe something, anything really, that you can try to do one day at a time... no big plans, not something that requires a lot of energy or is complicated, but even setting yourself the smallest goal, like going for a walk w/ a friend but tell that friend to come & get you at ie. 3pm... I don't know, it's tough, when you don't even have the energy to get up.... I feel like that a lot too, I'm sorry things were tough over the holidays too.

I am sorry your feeling so down lately. I know the holidays can put some added stress into the equation. Couple that with the fighting family and your friend that was assaulted, I think that is alot to handle. I can understand why you are feeling down.

Have you had a chance to speak with your T about this? Perhaps trying to talk things over might help.

i'm sad that you're having to handle so much right now. no wonder you are depressed right now. set small goals and try to do a bit each day. i know that's hard, but it helps. love, pat

thanks everyone. Im feeling a bit better today. I feel like a cow though. I have gained so much weight. My small goal for the day is to put away my suitcase and clothes from my trip. Hopefully I can get that done.

I am glad your feeling better today. I think Pat had excellent advice. Setting small goals is a great start. Take it easy and be gentle with yourself.
