It sounds like depression. I used to cry for no conscious reason when I was depressed, and sometimes hard. It's good to cry sometimes, but tears like everything else should be done in moderation, as I soon discovered that sometimes it can be difficult to make them stop.

I have family in Leicester, and they don't want to know me. Sometimes that makes me feel a little bit sad.

Hope you cheer up soon.

I can relate to what you wrote. It sucks not knowing what's wrong. Evenings are my hardest time. A lot of times, my husband will want to talk about why I am in a bad mood and what is bothering me, but I can't because I don't know. It is so frustrating.

I hate that part of depression the worst. It's somehow easier to deal with if you have something you can actively work on to help get better. Something that helps me in times like those are to accept the fact first off, and then decide on an action plan. Something to get out, or to relax ... one of the two. Sometimes being with people who might understand helps, if you have those people there for you.

sorry you feel this way!

That's definitely the hardest thing to deal with and even harder when those around you don't understand. It happens to me on pretty much a regular basis but the wife doesn't get it and thinks I should just get moving and do something. Hard to when all I feel like doing is sleeping and staying at home. Hope it improves for you soon.

Thank you, I've been on antidepressants since October last year and they were working really well, but then they changed them and they didn't work at all so they've changed them back and they just don't seem to be doing as good a job as they were when I first started taking them which doesn't make sense as they're the same medication and I'm the same person.

I am feeling a bit better this morning, I don't think my mood is being helped by neighbour problems, we're waiting for the police to come and talk to us this morning about all the trouble we've been having with them as at the moment all I want to do is move house and get away from them all.
Thanks for this!

Been there, done that. I was living among some of the roughest people on the planet when I was ill and didn't have the financial capacity to afford somewhere else to live. My neighbours became a nightmare; really loud, angry, aggressive people, with a predilection to shout and scream at their kids from morning to night. They were also criminally inclined.

I'm living in a much better place now, out in the countryside, away from the city. It's very quiet and peaceful here, and it's good to be far away from where I used to live, and those God-awful people.

The Police came out this morning and said they're going to talk to the neighbours but I'm not holding out much hope there. Our housing association are talking about them getting and anti social behaviour order as they are taking things way too far.
Thanks for this!

I had to contact the Police on one occasion about the guy who lived above me; his dodgy criminal behaviour was getting out of hand, I even witnessed him steal a car. Do you know what? The Police weren't a blind bit interested.

On anther occasion I contacted the Council's anti-social behaviour officer, and I got the very distinct impression that he was extremely reluctant to take any form of action against this yob, even tried to fob me off.

Sometimes it's better to bite your tongue and say nothing, but it can also be a real challenge.

It's beautiful outside, the office is relatively calm and nothing is specifically "wrong"; however, I feel horrible.

I was feeling really sad yesterday and this morning, and now I just feel irritated, agitated and anxious.
