i have trouble sleeping anymore... ive been taking over the counter cold med to be able to sleep.... it sucks that i have to but thats the only way i can sleep all the way through.....otherwise i wake up ever 30- and hour looking at the clock wondering if its time to get up yet... blah

SORRY.................... but I still say that VALERIAN is great for all your calming & sleeping needs (just 3 little pills does the trick for sleep).

I've been thinking about trying the Benedryl thing too. My T suggested it. It sounds like your sleep problem is worse than mine. I hope you get it figured out.
