I knew it would happen again. My parents started yelling and saying mean %#@&#! for no reason. I started crying and they said they were not falling for that %#@&#!. The don't listen to me. Everything hurts so bad. Everything is spinning............

You may cry in private just for yourself to let the pain out. I don't know what is happening with your parents. Some people are really afraid of deep, intense emotions. Crying is a gift, picture yourself being comforted by someone you love, think about what they would say to you, what would they do? You can hold yourself in your crying pain and validate the pain. I am sorry you are in such pain.

Thank you. I just feel like when I cry it makes me weak.

crying gives us strength as it releases pain and gives our brains a chemical that helps us feel better. Crying is not weak. I was the weakest ever when I couldn't cry. It took me years to learn and as I write this I realize that I still only cry in very selective places with or without selective people. Crying is a gift.
