Just started antidep's 1 week ago, but feel very tired - zombie-like (feel as if stoned), can't sleep well at all. Has anyone had these probs? should I be stopping them? is it normal to feel so tired? can actually concentrate on them and not losing things, but feel very zombie-like. Feel stuck... what should I do?

Yup. it usually takes 4-6 weeks for the body to stabilize. Keep a list of your symptoms and take it to your prescribing professional. that will help adjust the medication for you. once you have the right dosage and have been on it for about 4-6 weeks the side effects should go away.

keep taking them, but continue to keep your p-doc aware if things don't clear up.
