Talking to my psychologist today actually really helped. All week I have been unable to move from the couch for about 4 hours each evening. I found it really distressing because I felt like even if I tried I COULDN'T physically move off the couch. The P told me to just try staying on the couch and being with myself on it - I told him I was too scared I would 'lose it.' He said that based on my childhood I had already lost it throughout (I lived in my head), so what more did I have to fear? Weirdly enough it was comforting and today (besides having taking half of my anti-dep later in the day so that I could survive the evening), I actually feel better despite it being the evening. Warped way of looking at it, but actually helped. Weird...

I'm kind of the same, I'm not going crazy, I simply already am. I really might not be any less crazy than somebody you'd find throwing themselves around and shouting out in a padded room, I just handle being "insane" better than them.
