Well, tomorrow I start therapy again and just started meds at the beginning of this week. I think a new all time low and hope I have the courage to dig myself out.

You can do it!! It seems like you are taking all of the right steps... I am taking meds and doing therapy and feel like I am slowly getting out of the hole...
Just keep trying...

Well, my appointment with the T is in an hour and I haven't even showered yet!!! Why can't I just do it.... I'm thinking about it now but yet, here I sit, while the world is passing me by. I miss the days when I sprung out of bed and showered the first thing. Now seems like I shower only when I have too (that just sounds horrible typed out!!)

frozen I know just what you feel I have a hard time with showers just when I have too. It also seems to me if I know I have to go somewhere I get more anxitous. These are getting better but it has taken a while. You can do it.

Well, I think I'm going to like this T. Also, I'm going to go to an anger management group on Tuesdays (I need it). I'm going back on the wagon

Hope I'm not being to inclusive!!!
