I skipped out on school today. I woke up this morning and just felt so tired. I lied to my mom about feeling sick and spent the rest of my day in my bed. I didn't want to go because i didn't feel like dealing with the world today. But now that i skipped and hid myself in my room i'm feeling worse.
obviously i have to go tomorrow. Now i think though i'f feeling worse about it then i was last night. I'm worried about what teachers will say to me. I've been out a lot lately. ( I've had T sessions to go to ) I'm making myself sick all over again. Except this time i know i have to go. I don't know i've been having a tuff time of it. I just feel so tired and warn out. Sick of getting up in the morning to go do something that makes it worse. I feel trapped and alone.

I know that feeling. Try to think of missing school as a time that you needed to rest. It's not always bad to miss out on things to rest up for a day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you! *hugs* Hang in there!

tell therepist how tired you are...maybe they can change your meds to help you feel better and more energetic to go to school!!!

i'd find someone who you could trust to talk to about your fatigue. Please don't keep it to yourself. You deserve to have a supportive friend.

Talk to someone who can help you, don't wallow in it, that will only make it worse.
Your thearpist will help you through all of this, hang in there it will get better
