Lately I've been feeling so depressed that I've been imploding. The pain in my chest gets so bad I truly feel like I'm dying and that my physical heart is breaking. The pressure is getting to be too much. How do I stop it? How can I get ride of it? After these episode, I become hyper because I got adrenalin overload. What can I do? I am also semi-homeless. I feel like I'm all allow. I'm dying inside and it only gets worse.

Try to find someone you can talk to. Don't isolate. You're not alone, there is always hope.

I do not how the social services are for mental health clients, but there must a source or person who knows where a pamphlet with all possible resources there are where you reside.

Often the police have to deal with the extreme cases of mental illness(costing $$ better used elsewhere), yet no provincial or federal government is willing to deal with this mental health issue effectively.

The "professional mental health providers" will have to educate themselves with the other possible resources that will help anyone feeling the way you do.

That said, you need to find the resources you can quickly access in rl. You do have PC Forums as a resource.

Post your thoughts, your path, and your questions in the appropriate forum for specialized feedback. Do not be discouraged the slowness of some parts of this puzzle, just remember you are not alone in your thoughts and your feelings.

Our background circumstances may be different, but we all on the path to healing ourselves that best way we can. I hope you will have access to a therapist for a focused therapeutic plan to heal and help. Take Care.

The only thing that helps me in the situation is for me to get back on my meds asap. That means seeing a doctor which takes longer for a pdoc but even a primary doc can help and prescribe antidepressants and you can usually see a primary in a week or 2 verses a month or two for a pdoc. The primary will be able to prescribe you the AD that will help you until you can see a pdoc. This is a serious illness. If it was a serious physical illness you'd see a doc in a heart beat! Treat this as serious as a physical illness!

Therapy has helped me a lot (and often times that is from a free or reduced fee clinic... I think I have only ever seen a private practice therapist twice). I can totally relate to that chest-crushing feeling. I would caution however to keep tabs on it. If it ever does feel like more than just the depression, I would urge you to seek medical help. One incident was legitimately cardiac issues for me that happened to be triggered by the streets of the intense depression...
Outside of that, do you have a therapist? Speaking to one could be very helpful. They could also help guide you to other resources for improving your living situation (if not hook you up directly with other resources).
Keep posting and teaching out. (Hugs)
