Depression and anxiety are consuming me. I feel terrible. I feel like I'm dying. I'm not being dramatic, that's how I feel, mentally. I don't know.Maybe it's the comedown. I snorted bupropion earlier. Or maybe because I've been smoking cigarettes lately. I just wanted relief. I've tried three antidepressants; bupropion, citalopram and mirtazapine. None of them have worked. The only things I want are stims and benzos. I don't think the ADs work well for me. How do I relieve my depression now? Or reduce it? It feels unbearable and I feel like dying tonight.

Have you tried meditation? It might only relieve for a short while but it may help give you a break.

3 antidepressants to try is nothing, do not write them all off because only 3 didnt work for you, there are heaps out there. It took a huge amount more than that to find the right meds for me and many others. Also - Why would you snort it??

Any medication that gives immediate relief is only a temporary solution in an acute scenario.

Just like there is no quick rich scheme that does not involve fraud in some form.

A lot of effort and patience is required to reach relief and avoid repeating patterns that involve anxiety and depression. A therapist would be helpful.

If there is no immediate way to get an appointment with a therapist, you can continue to post in the appropriate forums to share your thoughts and determine if the feedback from PC members would be helpful.

Do not snort buropion, the short brief rush you get is not worth what comes after. Have you noticed you can only get so high on it? That's because it has a roof. After that you are just putting so much concentrated bupropion in your system your gonna be a royal mess and not be able to fall asleep for the next 14 hours! Yes that is most definitely contributing to the way you feel. Just take it orally, 150mg twice a day is fine all you need, and see if you can get zoloft too. BTW do not try snorting that it burns like hell lol. But bupropion and zoloft is a great combo and will not only kill your depression but also curve your anxiety and provide you with enough energy to enjoy life again. It takes about 2 weeks for the zoloft to start working and I warn you it is horrible the first week but gets better and you will love it after the second week. Zoloft also increases your dopamine just like bupropion (wellbutrin) does. Taken together as a combo it's called WellOff. and you will be very well off. Stop snorting the bupropion and start taking it normally and in 3 days you will be better. But I also recommend zoloft too! Good luck to you!

Wellbutrin (bupropion) is great for energy, that will be your stim, by itself it's good for moderate depression, but with Zoloft the two work great! Zoloft kicks but for depression and anxiety and don't be surprised you feel elevated after the 3rd week, because that combo is GREAT! Ask your doc if you drop the other two and switch to zoloft and wellbutrin (burpopion). I should be their official spokesperson because I honestly never had a better combo in my life!
