you can still keep that idea in mind just in case you feel very bad and don't know what to do. then you could try that first.
(sorry if annoying... you also could ask someone else to do the research for you)

I cant remember where you live but I have often gone to the pharmacy and explained the situation and they will give me 3 or 4 tabs until the script can be filled. Phamacys are normally open on weekends.

Please don't hurt yourself, you would hurt too many people. I feel suicidal every day but try my hardest to stick with my meds and it sure does help to have them. Ask your doc or t for medication it does help greatly even if you have to try a few different kinds to figure out what you actually need.

Hang in there darlin! I always just sleep as much as possible when I get so down & out & can't find help. Is there anything you can do to pass time away til Monday? Anything that will make the weekend not seem so long? If not, then keep yourself busy with us at PC. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GIVE UP! I know that feeling like you've crossed some line that (this time, I may not make it back) but this too shall pass! I know it sucks, its awful & uncomfortable right now, just outlast this horrible storm and IT WILL run out of rain! We will be right here waiting it out with you! When you're at the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hold on tight! You've got this, you can do it! Have faith in yourself!
Thanks for this!

I have plently of reasons for thinking this has nothing to do with the medicine...not the lack of it... not the fact I take it... or anything. This day is very bad day.

Monday is on its way! Please just hold on a little longer and get the meds/help you need! Stay with us. We'll all help you get through this! I know how hard it is to keep fighting the same battle, the same demon depression over and over, but you can do it. Don't let it win. We are here for you, you're not alone! Fight this thing with everything in you, ok?

Honey, I have SO been there! I know how you feel I promise! It's the depression talking & feeling for you. A new day WILL COME where you will find a new hope, new strength, and a new purpose! Please just give it time to pass and in the meantime, find some help, get your meds or talk to your Dr., whatever it takes to get you through this! And remember that we care about you! God gives his hardest battles to His strongest soldiers! I like this saying because it makes me feel like the "average" person couldn't last one day dealing with what people like us have to go through! We are on the front line every day and every time we get back up is a victory. The fact that you're still here with us at PC shows that you still have some fight left in you. I hope you will find the strength to keep going! Lean on us as much as you need to.

Thats very sweet of you.

The appointment went well! They are so kind at that place. We booked another time at thursday but she also said that I can always call and rebook it earlier (or later for that matter) if I want to! It feels like they really care and got some resources too. It feels great just to be there and be able to share and develop my concerns and thoughts even if the contact isn't a therapist. I dunno really what more to say. :S Ask question if there's something specific you wanna know. I feel fine now.

Edit: but....I do feel something dark calling for me... scared...

Hi,
I cannot imagine the temporary relief, you know you can count on somebody now, and that it is expert care. Is the medication she gave you new for you? Do not answer if you don't want to. Anyway, thank you for keeping us posted!

I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU'RE FEELING BETTER!! I know how infinite the road of depression can seem and I just HATE that feeling for all of us who suffer from it! I'm so happy for you starting to come out of it! I honestly feel like doing a "happy dance" for you!!! The "dark" is ALWAYS calling & waiting for an opportunity to take hold of us....but try not to answer it. Try to stay well ahead of it and not let it get you again ! Resist it with everything in you. I wish you continued success with your treatment!

That has often been true for me. Just making the phone call to reach out for help has often given me a bunch of hope because at least I am doing something proactive. The people I see are very nice and caring too. that makes a big difference.

So glad you are feeling better. Stick to it.

Was it because of something in particular?

Yes and no. I got all these dark and depressing thoughts but there was nothing particularly set it off.... I think it's because I don't sleep well.. I can't fall asleep until 3 am or rather after that. My head doesn't let me sleep!

I'm so sorry you are going through this. You have to fight the darkness. I don't know where you are, but if you really feel like hurting yourself, PLEASE call 911 or your local emergency number. There is help available after hours and weekends. Try thinking positive thoughts and repel the negative. And don't be afraid to reach out for help from your friends and family. They care more than you know, and might seem busy, but I'm sure they would rather take time to help you than see you suffer. Here's a big hug (((())))

Sleeping is difficult for me too. I get really intense unpleasant thoughts and feelings at night. I'm in dark depressive place too. Don't let the demon get the better of you. It's been a real battle for me to keep going. I am severely affected by illness and finding life difficult. Been feeling like not coping and ending life.
