I'm not sure why I've been fighting going down these past two weeks. Some of it is due to stress at work - that's what started it. Then I just started dropping. I've been distracting myself to keep from crying, but it still sneaks up on me. It feels like mourning, disappointment, and discouragement. Other contributing factors were a meeting where instead of being supported I felt like I was being burdened and that when I called my dr like he said to, he didn't call me back.

I'm just writing to disperse the energy and give myself a distraction from it. *sigh*

Thanks Echoes and Sabau. I think I'm going to call them "depressed hiccups" because they keep coming just like that. Cry for a minute recover, cry another minute, ... Crazy, but I'm a little better this morning.

Hello WinterRose.
I hope things get better for you soon. I feel that you should call your Dr again and tell them it is an emergency, since you are having a hard time getting stable at this time, That could signify that you need a medication adjustment. I hope that you can get in to see the Dr soon, and you feel better soon. Take care Soidhonia

Thanks Soidhonia. I think I will. I do have an appointment soon and I see my Therapist tomorrow. That should help.
