There are days when I don't care about anything. I just sit in my room and tune out the world. I do this because I feel so overwhelmed by life and I just don't know how to deal with it so I just become lost doing nothing on the internet.

Today is a gorgeous day. I should be at the beach. I should have gone right after my interview and usually, I would. But I feel so sad and down with all the crappy things happening that I've just sat in my room all day watching shows online.

It's these moments, I feel alone even with a full house.

copingwithlife, Hello. I don't think that what you are describing is healthy. You may be experiencing depression. There is help for this. I would make an appt with your doctor and let a trusted adult know how you feel. Isolating is a tell tale sign that something is wrong. There are medications that can help and seeing a therapist could help as well. Please reach out to someone at home and I hope that you feel better.
Thanks for this!

I agree with sideblinded. A talk therapy, known as psycho therapy if I'm not mistaken, is sometimes all you need for depression. Some therapists give meds very early on only if the patient had suicidal thoughts, but fortunately you don't, right? So, you'll be walking into a talk therapy and some training at the beginning as I understand, and during the process you will hopefully feel very well, but don't let that fool you into not going to therapy anymore, just keep on going.

It sounds like you may be depressed. I suggest seeing a doctor.
